Making wine in the cellar

A people is defined largely by its customs and traditions. In particular, defining for the romanian people are traditions related to food and drink. Besides pig cutting on Christmas Eve, the Easter lamb, “mămăligă” and “sarmale”, making wine after one`s own recipes takes its place among the annual occupations of the romanian. Interesting are not only the constancy and perseverance in getting the liqueur, but also the ingenuity of the divices, more or less improvised, serving in the manufacturing process. These true treasures were the visual images behing these works. A deserved tribute, therefore, brought to the skill the hedonistic side proves, according to the romanian proverb “Drink requires food and food requires drink.”
